                            TERMS & CONDITIONS

You may reserve the option to purchase a kid from our herd for $100 per kid deposit. If we are not able to fill your kid order, we will refund your deposit. However, deposits will not be refunded on cancelled orders. We will be freshening a fairly large number of first freshening yearlings and two year olds in the upcoming year. Because we really do need to keep our numbers under control, we may have several of those nice young milkers available. Let us know if you are interested.

We do continue to offer discounts to repeat buyers, and on multiple animal purchases. We prefer to ship kids at 4-6 weeks of age, usually out of the Boise, Id airport. Once notified of the birth of your optioned kid, you will be expected to remit the remaining purchase price plus shipping/crate/health certificate fees within 10 days. We do reserve the right to retain any animal on the sales list for herd replacement, or withdraw from sale an animal that does not meet our quality standards.

We recommend having your new purchase checked by your veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival.  If by letter from a licensed veterinarian and confirmation by our veterinarian, the animal purchased exhibits a genetic defect.  We will replace the animal, no refunds will be given.  All registration papers must be returned and no offspring may be registered or retained.

All buck kids are sold with the option that we will be able to purchase 20 straws of semen back at the cost of collection. We do ask that you refrain from marketing your Pindell Farm bred buckling’s semen until you have been able to evaluate his daughters in milk. All shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer, as is the cost of any testing required for interstate or international shipment. If possible, we would invite you to pick up your kid in person so that you can see your kid and it’s relatives. Because of our time & work commitments, however, this is available by appointment only.

Pindell Farms Dairy Goats abide by ADGA Recommended Trade Practices.
